ARBOR COM Express Based Wide Operating Temperature Board COM-746E

ARBOR Tech., a leading provider of embedded, medical and tablet computing, has launched the COM Express Type 2 form factor module - COM-746E, which is built-in Intel Atom N455 CPU and ICH8M chipset. The soldered 2GB DDR3 memory can prevent shock and provide great stability. Featuring wide operating temperature, low power consumption and fanless design, the COM-746E remains the system stability which makes it suitable for harsh industrial environmental conditions.

The COM-746E offers an ATA (supporting two IDE devices) and three SATA ports, which supports both hard disk drive bay and solid state disk of storage. It can also connecting with other I/O interfaces such as COM ports, USB ports, PCIe, PCI and LPC through carrier board for further expansion. Integrated with Intel graphic engine GMA 3150 helps simplifying the motherboard design and keeps system power consumption low. The COM-746E supports VGA, 18-bit LVDS and dual independent displays, which is ideal for bank financial system and multi-media display such as digital signage and Kiosk.
Same as our other wide-temperature products, the COM-746E can withstand operating temperature from -40 to 85°C that can be applied to outdoor environment and space-limited devices. With its high compatibility, the COM-746E is easy to integrate with system and other devices that accelerating product time to market and reducing cost. The latest COM-746E not only complements the wide-temperature series, but also offers more options for embedded computing system.
